NOTICE: New Pricing Model

ThemeSupport has grown to a point where the current pricing model is untenable, but that’s a good thing! It means you, our valued clients, are experiencing growth as well. Your sites have increased in number, size, traffic, and sales, but so has the need for server resources. As a result, and to better serve you, we have upgraded our WP Engine servers! We made major improvements and changes, increased resource availability and eCommerce specific enhancements. This will improve security, performance, and enhance the overall site experience for your visitors and customers. Some clients will need to migrate to the new servers, and we will coordinate that with you.

The new pricing model is designed to be fair, so everyone pays for the resources they consume. Discounted development hours will still be available as an add-on to all plans. The date for the new pricing to take effect is May 1, 2022. All new plans from that date onward will use the new pricing model. Plans that were in place prior to that date will keep their same pricing until July 1, 2022, whereupon pricing will be updated accordingly.

NOTE: Some clients exceed the limits of the new Elite Plan and we have custom designed a solution to meet their needs and will do the same for anyone who needs it.
